Challenge
Manchester-based Servisional is a new IT solutions company focused on helping the SME market gain significant benefits from the deployment of software solutions for their key business and customer relations operations. In a crowded marketplace, the company turned to Quest for a comprehensive launch and marketing support programme, at the heart of which was a major re-branding of the company.

Response
Quest created and developed a very distinctive brand identity around an iconic 'shell' logo to reflect Servisional as a sophisticated, hi-tech company. The brand was then adapted across all promotional materials including stationery, brochure, website and CDs. The new identity was formally unveiled at a launch party attended by over 100 clients, prospects and suppliers. Other targeted marketing initiatives including PR support and direct mail activity has reinforced Servisional's new business drive into specifically identified SME sectors.

Results
Quest created a brand identity that differentiates Servisional in a highly competitive IT market. The distinctive identity developed has now been carried throughout all our marketing materials and has been central amongst target SME customers.
