Challenge
A major graduate recruitment programme by leading construction company, Alfred McAlpine, required very specific literature support materials and a fresh approach to creativity and design. Whilst it was important to maintain the company's overall corporate identity and brand values, the literature design also had to have immediate, strong visual impact amongst the target student market. All of this was set against a very tight production deadline.

Response
Quest created a unique folder mechanic and inserts which, whilst true to the client's corporate positioning, used creative photography, illustrations and copy, including testimonials from former graduates, to appeal directly to the student audience. Whilst succinctly setting out the full range of recruitment opportunities available at Alfred McAlpine, the high quality design and production of the literature also reinforced it as a reputable employer well worth talking to.

Results
Used as a major element of the graduate recruitment campaign, the literature was integral to the overall success of the project.
