Cheshire-based KCC Global is a leading telecoms adviser, providing tailor-made business communications systems to a broad range of clients including PLCs, Local Authorities, schools, hospitals and SMEs. The company originally approached Quest to review and develop its existing corporate identity and help create a distinct point of difference in the highly competitive telecoms market.
Response
Quest has developed a dynamic new brand and corporate identity which provides stand out and recognition for KCC amongst its key target audience of telecoms dealers and end-user business customers. Quest is now helping to develop KCC's new website as well as incorporating the new brand identity into electronic presentations and key promotional materials.
Results
The client relationship has subsequently extended into other areas of marketing activity, including press and PR, direct mail, event organisation and sponsorship support.
